We take utmost care to keep all product descriptions, visuals, and pricing accurate and updated. Please note: 75% of our portfolio is carefully curated and imported, and others are artisanal, handcrafted pieces and in those handcrafted products, minor variations in texture, color, or finish may occur – these are not defects but marks of authentic craftsmanship. Each Altbabie piece is unique by design, reflecting individuality rather than uniformity.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in the stated currency. Orders must be paid for in full at checkout using accepted payment methods.
Altbabie reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Handcrafted pieces may require up to 7 days for dispatch, depending on production timelines.

Delivery Timelines:

• Prepaid Orders: 1–7 business days after dispatch
• COD Orders: 3–10 business days after dispatch

Please ensure that your contact and address details are accurate. Reshipping due to incorrect information will incur additional charges.
Delivery timelines may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen delays.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
For handcrafted, made-to-order pieces, returns aren’t accepted once production begins with our craftsmen.

Every item passes through strict Quality Control (QC) before shipping. To claim a refund for damage, please provide an unboxing video clearly showing:
• The unopened package
• The Altbabie box being opened
• The damaged product upon arrival

Claims without video proof can’t be processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 72 hours.

Please note: Many designs are adjustable in size, crafted with softer metals for flexibility. Applying excessive force may cause breakage – such damage isn’t covered under our policy.

If we send you an offer or brief, please confirm only if you fully agree with it.

Backing out midway after accepting the offer isn’t acceptable.

All deliverables must be completed within the agreed timeline (max extension: 7–10 days if discussed).

Failure to deliver content or damage to the products may require you to return the pieces and compensate for damages.
