Please note: 75% of our portfolio is carefully curated and imported, and others are artisanal, handcrafted pieces and in those handcrafted products, minor variations in texture, colour, or finish may occur – these are not defects but marks of authentic craftsmanship. Each Altbabie piece is unique by design, reflecting individuality rather than uniformity.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in your local currency (or as stated). Payment must be completed at checkout via accepted payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary based on your location. Altbabie is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, weather or holidays. Tracking info will be provided once your order is shipped.

Due to the handmade and intricately curated nature of our pieces, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If there’s a problem, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
